We are working on automating returns. For now, suppliers do not accept returns and you can decide what you do on your listings. Most buyers on eBay expect free returns, especially for new sellers, so enabling free returns will improve your sales. That being said, if a customer does return a product, the product will come back to you. You will get charged by Lovd for the sale regardless and be responsible for re-listing and shipping the item.
If you prefer not to do this, you can not accept returns. This may decrease your sales but will reduce the hassle down the road.
In unique situations, we can reach out to the supplier if the product is broken or faulty.
Please keep in mind that that all of our suppliers are highly vetted and have extremely low return rates.
